A PROVNCIAL LITERACY
ASSESSMENTSuccessful Completion of EQAO's OSSLT(Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test)/the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Course(OSSLC)
· 온타리오주는 주요 과목 1개를 1 Credit으로 산정 합니다.
· 18개의 필수 과목과 12개의 선택 과목을 이수 해야 합니다.
· 한국 중3 및 고등학교 학점일부도 인정 받을 수 있습니다.
A) 30학점 이수(필수 18학점/선택 12학점)
B) 봉사확동 40시간
C) OSSLT 시험 합격
D) 온라인 수업 최소 2학점 이상 이수
** 캐나다 외 국가에서 거주하는 학생의 경우, 자국에서의 봉사활동 시간을 인정받을 수 있습니다.
** OSSLT는 온타리오주 교육부 주관으로 매년 3월말에서 4월초에 치르는 시험으로 영어 Reading과 Writing을 평가합니다. 시험에 불합격할 경우 다음해에 재시험을 보거나 대체 수업(OLC4O)을 치러야 합니다. 캐나다 외 국가에서 거주하는 학생은 OLC4O 과목으로 OSSLT 시험 대체 가능합니다.

A. OSSLT(Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test)는 온타리오주 교육부 주관으로 매년 3월말에서 4월초에 치르는 시험으로 영어 Reading과 Writing을 평가합니다. 10학년 때 처음 시험을 볼 수 있으며 시험 불합격 시 다음 해에 재시험을 치를 수 있습니다. 하지만 캐나다 외 국가에서 거주하는 학생은 OLC4O 과목 수업을 이수하면 OSSLT 시험을 대체할 수 있습니다.

A. 네, 물론입니다. 한국에서 이수한 온타리오 학점은 꼭 온타리오주가 아닌 다른 주로 가더라도 학점 인정 받을 수 있습니다.

A. 아닙니다. IGE와 연계된 학교뿐만 아니라 캐나다 어느 학교로도 전학할 수 있습니다. 다만, 연계된 학교 3곳의 경우 학교 정규수업 이후 IGE After School 프로그램이 진행되고 있으므로 전학 후 현지에서도 학생이 졸업까지 지속적인 학업 서포트를 받을 수 있는 장점이 있습니다.

A. 서울 도곡동 교육원으로 통학이 어렵다면 실시간 비대면 수업에 참여할 수 있습니다. 하지만 효율적인 학습관리를 위해 가급적 대면 수업을 권장드립니다. 차선으로 토일만 진행하는 주말반 수업도 고려해볼 수 있습니다.
